Now that you know your story and you you know your plot has no holes, you will see examples of brevity, specificity and intent, from the masters - executing on the page in a way that acknowledges that a screenplay needs to be a blueprint but it also needs to be a work of art. In this masterclass you will also learn the nuts and bolts basics of screenplay formatting.
About the Course
I developed this workshop based on the writing process I learned working for Bobby Moresco and Paul Haggis (Crash, Million Dollar Baby) as their writing assistant over the course of 15 years while I raised my children. It has proven successful over and over again for many writers with different writing styles. The screenplays that have been developed during this workshop have gone on to place in many contests including the prestigious Nicholl Fellowship and has led to internships, paid writing jobs, residencies and scholarships for many of my writers. It’s a proven system. My motto is, if you have a writing process that works for you, stick with it. If you don't, TRY MINE! I bet it will work for you.
